My water heater was needing to be replaced and didn’t know where to start. I asked a mail carrier at work if he had any recommendations for a plumber and he told me he would get a card from someone on his route that everyone said was THE guy! Vinney was the man! Him and his apprentice came out while I was at work and replaced my leaking tank in no time! Communication was great and he was very straightforward and reasonable with everything. I had a fantastic experience with Tops Plumbing.
In the middle of a bathroom remodel on my 80+ year old house, we discovered that the valve exchange was extremely complicated and outside of my general contractor's wheelhouse. We were operating on a shoe string budget to begin with, and calling a plumber was the last thing I wanted to do.
But I am so glad we called Vinny. I called him in the morning and by the afternoon Vinny was at my house for a consult.
He quoted me a price the next day and was able to complete the job. The job proved to be more complicated than anyone expected, but Vinny stood by the price he quoted, and didnt make the surprises my fault.
The whole time, Vinny was kind and funny. I felt 100% comfortable having him in my home with my wife and kids around, which to me, is very important.
Vinny is an all around great guy, and great plumber! I wish there were more stars to give him!

I was so impressed with their professional staff who worked diligently until my new hot water tank and mixer valve was installed.
